tattoo escapes – Mental health
People are talking about it more and more, it’s on TV, on the radio and on the news. Some of us have experienced it and it’s more people than you might initially think. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, stress or grief we all need some help somewhere. All of these issues play a huge part in why the world is the way it is today and the team at Tattoo Escapes want to offer you a helping hand.
Like we mentioned in our Mission Statement (click the hyperlink if you’ve not yet read it) we’ve lost friends through suicide and it’s not just a few. It’s a lot. We’ve also seen a huge amount of incredible artist put down the machine because of depression and breakdowns so we felt like there needed to be somewhere that you as an artist can find the necessary resources to get the help that you need. We understand how much pressure is on your shoulders when working so closely with an individual. Stress, worry and anxiety all come into play and these emotions can grow into something much darker, we don’t want this for you and it’s not good to have within the industry. We hope that by visiting our destinations, you can get away from the noise of the crazy world we live in and escape some of the pressure that the grind can put you under. This is your break, a break that can help you focus on what is most important. You.
So, if you’re feeling like you’re in need of some further help when you’re with us (or just cruising through our website), the list below is there to pinpoint the people and organisations out there that are here to help you. But we would always recommend speaking to your doctor first.

A lot of the people leading these experiences are well equipped in helping people through life’s struggles.
